Save A Heart offers a comprehensive suite of life-saving training programs through several flexible course options, available for both private group bookings and public classes. We provide both officially certified and non-certified educational courses through the nation’s leading emergency care organizations—the American Heart Association (AHA), Health & Safety Institute (HSI), and American Red Cross (ARC)—to perfectly meet any professional, regulatory, or community requirement. Through the AHA, we deliver elite-level training including BLS Provider for healthcare professionals, advanced resuscitation algorithms in ACLS and PALS, and foundational safety via the Heartsaver curriculum. For general workplace compliance, childcare providers, and community members, we offer flexible, hands-on First Aid, CPR, and AED training certified by both HSI and ARC, alongside specialized OSHA-compliant HSI Bloodborne Pathogens courses. Led by an experienced critical care Registered Nurse, every class blends real-world scenarios with stress-free instruction to ensure you leave confident, prepared, and fully equipped to save a life.

AHA BLS Provider (Basic Life Support)

The gold standard for healthcare professionals. This course teaches high-quality CPR, AED usage, and airway management for adults, children, and infants in both team and single-rescuer environments. Ideal for nurses, EMTs, doctors, and healthcare students.

AHA ACLS Provider (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

An advanced course built for healthcare providers who direct or participate in the management of cardiopulmonary arrest or other cardiovascular emergencies. It covers the evaluation and management of adult cardiac arrest, acute arrhythmia, stroke, and ACS.

AHA PALS Provider (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)

This advanced course focuses on a systematic approach to pediatric assessment, basic life support, PALS treatment algorithms, effective resuscitation, and team dynamics to improve the quality of care provided to seriously ill or injured children.

AHA HeartSaver® CPR, AED, and First Aid

(Initial & Skills Check off)

Designed for anyone with little or no medical training who needs a course completion card for job, regulatory, or other requirements. This course teaches the critical skills needed to respond to and manage first aid, choking, or sudden cardiac arrest emergencies until professional help arrives.

ARC First Aid / CPR / AED (Adult and Pediatric)

This Red Cross certified course equips participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to recognize and care for life-threatening respiratory or cardiac emergencies in adults, children, and infants. Featuring hands-on practice, it meets OSHA and workplace compliance guidelines across a variety of industries.

HSI First Aid / CPR / AED (Adult and Pediatric)

A flexible, comprehensive training program designed for the community and workplace (such as daycare workers, construction teams, and fitness trainers). It provides a scenario-based approach to teaching adult/child/infant CPR, AED use, and basic first aid care for common sudden illnesses and injuries.

HSI Bloodborne Pathogens

This course is designed specifically for individuals who face occupational exposure to blood or other potentially infectious materials. It teaches how to reduce the risk of exposure, proper cleanup procedures, and the reporting protocols required by OSHA compliance standards.

Hands-Only CPR (Friends and Family)

Hands-Only CPR is a quick, lifesaving course designed for families and friends who want to know how to respond to a cardiac emergency without taking a full certification class. You will learn the two critical steps to saving a life: calling 911 and delivering high-quality chest compressions. By eliminating rescue breaths, it empowers anyone to confidently step in until help arrives. (Please note: This is an educational session and does not come with an official certification card).

Save A Heart offers customizable private group training designed to fit your organization's unique schedule and safety requirements. Available for groups of six or more, our certified instructors will bring the classroom directly to your facility. We offer fully tailorable course configurations—ranging from specialized Adult-Only CPR/AED to comprehensive, all-ages First Aid, CPR, and AED training. To optimize your team's time, courses can be delivered entirely in-person or via a flexible blended learning format (online modules paired with an efficient, hands-on skills verification session).
