After completing the online portion of an American Heart Association PALS course, students attend a structured Hands-On Session with an AHA Instructor. Participant must be prepared to perform High Quality CPR on a manikin as well as demonstrate proficient knowledge of PALS components. These components include important concepts of a systematic approach to pediatric assessment, basic life support, team dynamics, PALS treatment algorithms for cardiac arrest, bradycardic & tachycardic dysrhythmias, & immediate post-cardiac arrest. Please provide a copy of the course completion certificate which will include an "IMP....." code on the bottom left.  You MUST CALL OR TEXT (863-660-9165) to arrange date, time and location for the skills check!!
